At Zayn’s Households, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the responsibilities of both the customer and Zayn’s Households.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, products must meet the following criteria:
The product is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
The product is returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:
Products that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of use beyond inspection.
Items sold “as-is,” clearance, final sale, or personalized/customized products.
Consumable goods such as batteries, filters, or similar items once opened.
Products returned without original packaging or missing components.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by contacting support@zaynshouseholds.com with photographic evidence.
We will assess the claim and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns of products damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidents, or negligence.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@zaynshouseholds.com or call +356 7923 3602 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as returns and new orders.
Please return the original product following the return process, then place a new order for the desired item.
7. Shipping Costs and Responsibilities
Shipping costs for returning products are borne by the customer unless the return is due to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zayn’s Households is not liable for damages caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for products damaged due to such reasons.
